Kirk Douglas Brutally Raped Natalie Wood When She Was 16?

Kirk Douglas Brutally Raped Natalie Wood When She Was 16?

Natalie Wood was a child star who went on to have a very successful adult career. Unfortunately the beautiful actress was also the victim of a horrific sexual assault. When she was fifteen years old Natalie was raped by an older actor. Although she never went to the police she told several friends that her rapist was actor Kirk Douglas.

Did Kirk Douglas rape Natalie Wood?

This story concerns one of the biggest male stars ever, and one of the most beloved female stars to ever live.

One day she was invited to meet with this movie star about an upcoming major role. This man was a legend already, and was very powerful. Thinking he herself was powerful and savvy, she accepted the invite in his hotel room. She never saw it coming.

Without even discussing the film, this actor (drunk already) began making a pass at her. She politely declined, and excused herself. He wouldn’t have it. He literally threw her down, slapped the hell out of her, and ripped her clothes off. He shouted obscenities at her, continually punched and held her arms so tight he left scars and bruises.

He raped her repeatedly, spitting on her, and did permanent damage to her body. She was bleeding everywhere, with a battered face. She passed out. When she came to, the actor was still in the room gloating, and told her to come see him tomorrow night and he might give her the role. He laughed at her as she fell down, her legs so wobbly and weak. She gathered her torn clothes, and tried to walk out of the hotel and to her car – blood and semen running down her legs and bruises already forming on her face.

She could barely make it back home in her car. She wanted to kill herself, so ashamed of what happened. The damage to her psyche was permanent, and haunted her forever.

Her mom said she must have made the actor mad and offended him. They called a doctor, who took her to the hospital secretly to have her treated; The studio knew, and did nothing. After all, the star actor was a money machine. She grew into an amazing woman with a legendary career. But she never forgot, or forgave, and never got over what happened.

She never named the star actor publicly, but her friends and family knew the truth. Even after marriage and kids, if she saw this actor anywhere – she would almost convulse and cry. And worst of all, Hollywood and the world continued to honor him, pay him, and treat him like a king.

Today, he’s still alive and barely holding on. But those who know the truth are still hoping and praying he will rot in hell for eternity. That all his good deeds and donations will never mask the truth.

So when the time comes, and the now 102 years old Kirk Douglas, the superstar actor, finally dies, there will be tributes and honors about him. Just remember that he is a monster who never repented, apologized, nor showed any sorrow for destroying the lives of others.

Especially the life of that young beloved actress named Natalie Wood.

Natalie Wood Bio Details

Natalie Wood (Natalia Nikolaevna Zakharenko) was born in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Russian immigrant parents Nikolai Stepanovich Zakharenko and Maria Stepanovna Zakharenko. Her father was born in Vladivostok into a poor family of Stepan Zakharenko, a chocolate factory worker who joined the anti-Bolshevik civilian forces during the Russian Civil War. Her grandfather was killed in 1918 in a street fight between Red and White Russian soldiers. After that, his wife and her three sons fled to their relatives in Montreal. Later, they moved to San Francisco, where Nikolai worked as a day laborer and carpenter.

Natalie Wood received three Oscar nominations before she was 25. She began acting in films at age 4 and was given a co-starring role at age 8 in Miracle on 34th Street (1947).

As a teenager, she earned a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Rebel Without a Cause (1955), followed by a role in John Ford's The Searchers (1956).

She starred in the musical films West Side Story (1961) and Gypsy (1962), and she received nominations for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performances in Splendor in the Grass (1961) and Love with the Proper Stranger (1963).

Her career continued with films such as Sex and the Single Girl (1964), Inside Daisy Clover (1964), and Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice (1969).

Natalie Wood was born in San Francisco to Russian immigrant parents. During the 1970s, she began a hiatus from film and had two children with husband Robert Wagner, whom she married, divorced, and remarried after divorcing her second husband.

She appeared in only three films throughout the decade, but did act in several television productions, including a remake of the film From Here to Eternity (1979) for which she received a Golden Globe Award. Her films represented a "coming of age" for her and Hollywood films in general.

Critics have suggested that Natalie Wood's cinematic career represents a portrait of modern American womanhood in transition, as she was one of the few to include both child roles and roles of middle-aged characters.

Natalie Wood Death

Natalie Wood died at age 43 during the making of Brainstorm while on a weekend boat trip to Catalina Island on board Wagner's yacht Splendour. Outside of drowning, many of the circumstances are unknown; it was never determined how she entered the water.

She was with her husband Robert Wagner, Brainstorm co-star Christopher Walken, and Splendour's captain Dennis Davern on the evening of November 28, 1981.

Authorities recovered her body at 8 a.m. on November 29 one mile away from the boat, with a small Valiant-brand inflatable dinghy beached nearby. Wagner said that she was not with him when he went to bed. The autopsy report revealed that she had bruises on her body and arms, as well as an abrasion on her left cheek but no indication as to how or when they occurred.

In 2012, Los Angeles County Chief Coroner Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran amended Natalie Wood's death certificate and changed the cause of her death from accidental drowning to "drowning and other undetermined factors".

The amended document included a statement that the circumstances are "not clearly established" concerning how Natalie Wood ended up in the water. Detectives instructed the coroner's office not to discuss or comment on the case.

On January 14, 2013, the Los Angeles County coroner's office offered a 10-page addendum to Natalie Wood's autopsy report. The addendum stated that she might have sustained some of the bruises on her body before she went into the water, but that could not be definitively determined. Forensic pathologist Michael Hunter speculated that Wood was particularly susceptible to bruising due to the drug Synthroid which she had taken.
Jennifer Chiba and Elliott Smith's Mysterious Death

Jennifer Chiba and Elliott Smith's Mysterious Death

Who is Jennifer Chiba?

Jennifer Chiba is an American musician who was born on 17th June 1967, in Tokyo, Japan. Chiba is a biracial woman who is part Japanese. She was raised by her parents in Texas, United States. Her father's name was Hiroyasu Chiba, and her mother's name was Sharon Martha Wee.

In 1996, Chiba's parents were married in Becker, Minnesota. Chiba also has a sister named Courtney Miho Chiba-Yates and a brother named Alexander Masao Chiba.

Chiba was involved in an alternative punk rock-infused band called the Happy Ending in 2003. The band consisted of four members and was signed under the Org Record label. The label mentioned that the band was popular among the music scene in Los Angeles, California, and garnered new fans with each show that they played.

She also was Rivers Cuomo's on-again-off-again girlfriend between approximately 1992 and 1995, although W. T. Schultz is mentioning a 10-year relationship in "Torment Saint". Several songs written by Cuomo were presumably written about her. Additionally, the character of Maria in Weezer's unfinished and unreleased space opera "Songs From the Black Hole" was inspired by Chiba and the relationship between Maria and Jonas was based on Chiba and Cuomo's relationship.

After Elliott's death, Cuomo wrote "The Other Way" about wanting to console Chiba.

"I wrote that song for Jennifer Chiba after Elliott died, and I wanted to console her, but I was confused and skeptical about my own motives for wanting to do so, so I wrote that song about that"

Apparently the pair had briefly met at Rockfest festival before Elliott even moved to LA. Once living in LA however, Elliott Smith went looking for Jennifer Chiba after she finished a gig with her band called The Warlocks, which she played bass for.

The gig was held at a venue called Spaceland in LA. Steve Hanft, who was a mutual friend, was also there, and he played a part in introducing them. After being mesmerized by her performance during the gig, Elliott wanted Hanft to introduce him to his mutual friend, Jennifer Chiba.

Upon meeting, Elliott and Chiba engaged in a deep conversation about compassionate stuff, Russian literature, and other intellectually stimulating topics. They were both fans of Dostoevsky, and that escalated into other topics such as depression, compassion, and hospitalization. Chiba also shared her love for the childrens book The Story of Ferdinand, which was one of her favorite stories growing up.

The entire situation basically involved a deep conversation while both of them were staring and playing with their shoes like shy teenagers. Chiba recalls the situation as awkward and how uncomfortable Elliott was due to his extreme shyness.

They ended up exchanging digits, with Elliott giving her the digits of his manager Margaret Mittleman’s assistant. Elliott had just moved to Los Angeles at the time in 1999 and didn’t even know his own digits. Later on, Chiba invited Elliott to her upcoming gigs and Elliott showed up, the pair becoming friends.

The Mystery of Elliott Smith’s Death

The story that follows the death of Elliott Smith is quite the enigma. There are multiple versions of the story from an array of different sources. Because of this, the public will probably never know the full truth surrounding the death of Elliott Smith.

But there is one thing that the world can’t deny, and that is Jennifer Chiba and her actions, which are loosely connected to the passing of Smith.

The relationship that Elliot and Chiba had was extremely toxic due to excessive partying and the use of drugs. Chiba was hooked on to the life of partying and had no intention of stopping. She was always restless and very aggressive with her men, as shown in previous relationships.

Elliott Smith was known for his melancholic music that touched the lives of people who knew where the inspiration for his music came from. Elliott produced folk music with a story to tell, a lot of times surrounding the topic of death.

Elliott and Chiba had been in countless arguments over the years, but there’s one that stands out the most and draws the most suspicion towards Chiba and her involvement in his death. In this particular heated argument, Chiba pulled out a knife and started chasing Elliott around the house. Elliott disappeared for three days, only telling the story to his sound engineer upon returning.

Elliott also had arguments with Chiba, where he threatened to kill himself in their Silverlake home. Chiba was used to the suicidal threats and messages Elliott would say or promote. Whenever they engaged in arguments, Chiba wouldn’t pay much heed to the threats.

Elliott’s friends also recall him bidding goodbyes for good when he left Portland for Brooklyn during the late 90s. He told his friends back home in Oregon that he would be committing suicide after music and that he wouldn’t be seeing them again.

The death of Elliott Smith occurred on the 21st of October, 2003. Apparently, Elliott and Chiba got into a heated argument, where Chiba ended up locking herself inside the bathroom to cool down and get away from the confrontation. Jennifer Chiba then heard a loud painful scream. When she came out of the bathroom, she found Elliott with a knife jabbed into his chest, with two cuts visible.

Chiba dialed 911 at exactly 12:18 PM. With the help of a dispatcher until the ambulance arrived, Chiba attempted to perform CPR. Elliott Smith passed away at County-USC Medical Centre 78 minutes after Chiba’s police call.

After Elliott’s body was rushed out of the crime scene, Chiba was the first person who was questioned. She showed them the suicide note that was on the kitchen table which read "I’m so sorry, love, Elliott. God forgive me".

Today, Jennifer Chiba is using her MA in Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University and is working at a residential treatment program for girls in Rosemead, CA. She got her license in 1995.

According to the Spin article, she has also worked as an art therapist at Five Acres, a school for abused and damaged children. She claims to have 15 years of experience working as an art therapist for a number of non-profit, community mental health organizations. She currently works at Maryvale, a residential treatment program for girls in Rosemead, CA, and runs a private therapy practice.

In 2004, Jennifer Chiba sued Marta Greenwald, the administrator of Smith’s estate. She alleged that she had entered into an oral agreement with Elliott in August of 2002 to "live together, cohabitate and combine their efforts and earnings", "share equally any and all property accumulated as a result of their efforts whether individual or combined", and "hold themselves out to the public as husband and wife".

Her complaint claimed that they began a romantic relationship during the summer of 1999, and that Elliott promised to provide for her "financial needs and support for the rest of her life" in exchange for her domestic services as his "homemaker, housekeeper, cook, secretary, bookkeeper, and financial counselor".

She also alleged that she had agreed to be Smith’s manager and agent for the purposes of arranging his booking and scheduling his appearances for musical performances. And to carry out the preparation and production of his album in exchange for 15% of the proceeds earned and received.

Jennifer Chiba claimed that Greenwald breached the agreement by refusing to pay her for her services, and sought over $1 million for the services and for proceeds from Smith’s compositions, performances, and albums.

Jennifer Chiba amended her complaint twice, on November 1st, 2004 and April 28th, 2005. However, a split California appellate court ruled that Chiba had acted as an unlicensed agent, so was therefore not entitled to any payments from the estate.

Jennifer Chiba still involved in the LA music scene, last known to be playing gigs with the band Hello Menno. She is now married to Alex Whomsley.

To this day, the world does not know what really transpired on that day in Los Angeles. What we do know is that Elliott Smith left a legacy of beautiful melancholic songs that will forever be remembered and enjoyed by people all over the world.

Ring in The Viking Wedding Tradition

Ring in The Viking Wedding Tradition

The history and symbolism behind the viking wedding of wearing a wedding ring. It’s worn on the fourth finger of the left hand, otherwise known as the ring finger.

Viking wedding rings today are a billion dollar sentiment of love, but no  one can really say for sure when this viking tradition actually started. Viking braided into rings for fingers an other decorative ornaments worn wedding dress by the women in those days.

On the wedding day, the coeples should switch your engagement ring to the third finger on your right hand. During the viking wedding ceremony, your future spouse places the wedding ring on your ring finger.

The custom of the third finger on your left hand being your ring finger originated in Egypt, where people believed the vein in that finger led directly to your heart. By placing the wedding ring on that finger, the groom ensures that it is in the position closest to your heart.

The circle was the symbol of eternity, with no beginning or end. The hole in the center of the ring also had significance. It wasn’t just considered a space, but rather a gateway, or door; leading to things and events both known and unknown. To give a woman a viking wedding ring signifies never-ending and immortal love.

The materials these viking wedding rings were made of didn’t last very long and soon were substituted with rings made of leather, bone or ivory. The more expensive the material, the more love shown to the receiver.

Viking wedding ring is a symbols of your love and future and should be treated with care and respect.

Modern and Traditional Viking Wedding Dresses

Modern and Traditional Viking Wedding Dresses

The history of the viking wedding dress is shorter than the history of viking weddings. And even shorter still than the history of marriage.

The viking bride makes her own rules, from what traditions she follows to what she wears. When it comes to wanting that timeless dress but with all of her favorite on-trend details.

You can show the spirit of the Vikings through your wedding dress attire! Viking brides didn’t traditionally wear white dresses unless their best dress was white. They tended to wear a dramatic flowing dress with ruffles and plenty of layers, on top of an under-dress.

On top of their Viking wedding dress, Viking brides wore a fur cloak and a headdress. However, the emphasis was on their hair, rather than on the dress. Viking wedding hair was braided in all elaborate and voluminous styles, before finishing with a floral crown.

Viking grooms on the other hand, wore intricate leather Norse vambraces and greaves, alongside their traditional Viking tunics that was worn underneath armour. Animal skin and fur was also worn too and it wasn’t uncommon for Viking grooms to be holding a hammer, axe or a shield too.

We’ve taken treasured viking wedding dress silhouettes and fabrics, and updated them with fresh details to make a gorgeous new trend. Keep scrolling to see how some of our beautiful real viking brides have worn some contemporary yet classic gowns.

The Viking Wedding

The Viking Wedding

Viking wedding traditions can add a lot of beauty and fun to a wedding plus can be a nice way to honor the past of the couple. The Wedding held a surprising amount of complexity. A man and a woman who joined their lives together in a ceremony were the very core of the Viking homestead.

Viking wedding traditions revolved around legal negotiations. Because a wedding wasn't just a man and a woman joining together. It was two families joining in an alliance. Because of this, the wedding was a long process.

Alliances between families were usually the motivating factor in a Viking marriage and seldom love. Love was expected to come later with a couple’s growing familiarity with one another.

Because marriage was the center of the family in Viking culture, Viking wedding traditions were intricate and complex.  Each tradition and ritual was deemed necessary to earn the blessings of the gods, an important step on the path to becoming a parent, and continuing the Viking bloodline.

Viking Weddings needed to be held on a Friday, as that was Frigga's day, and Frigga was the goddess of weddings, love, childbirth, and mothers. Mead, ale, and meat would need to be secured for all the guests invited, and gifts for the bride and groom from their families would need to be figured out. The bride was also expected to give her husband a gift called the morgedn-gifu on the morning after the wedding.

Frigga - Goddess of Marriage and Love

A gothi or priest who could perform the ceremony and knew the Viking wedding traditions would need to be secured.

Viking Wedding Preparations

In the day before the wedding, Viking brides and grooms separated into gendered groups with their families and friends. The reason for this was not just to perform rituals sacred to their sexes, but so the older men and women could provide guidance and comfort.

The bride would spend time with her mother and other married women. Her kransen, a circlet worn by girls over their unbound hair, would be removed to be held in trust for her future daughter.

A bride would be brought to a bathhouse or spring by the married female members of her family and her married friends. The unwed were not permitted to partake in these rituals. At the bathhouse, the signs of her maidenhood would be removed, such as her kransen (a traditional circlet that let the world know of her virginity) and her maiden clothes. These objects would be placed in a box that would be given to her future daughter.

We know that the Vikings treasured cleanliness, and it was so important to them, it became a ritual before weddings. The bride would symbolically wash away her maidenhood with the steaming water, and would try to make herself perspirate by switching herself with birch twigs. Once she felt as though her body was cleansed enough, she would jump into ice cold water to symbolically finish the cleansing.

The Viking Wedding Ceremony

Viking wedding vows consisted of the groom presenting his newly retrieved ancestral sword to his bride; she was to hold it in trust for their future son. The bride then offered the groom a sword of her ancestors, which symbolized the transfer of her father’s protection to her new husband.

The couple then exchanged rings, offered to one another on the hilts of their new swords to further seal their wedding vows.

Following the ceremony, the groom made sure to arrive first at the location of the feast in order to block the door with his sword and prevent the bride from entering until he could guide her safely across the threshold.

This completed her symbolic transition from maidenhood to marriage assisted by her husband. Feasting and merriment would then begin and last throughout the remainder of the week. Dancing, wrestling, and good-natured insult-contests provided the entertainment for the guests.

The newly married couple were once again parted the following morning for a short time.

The bride was assisted in dressing by her attendants, and her hair was braided or bound up in the fashion reserved for married women. She was now able to wear the hustrulinet, a snow-white, finely-pleated linen head-covering, as a badge of her new status as a wife. She was then escorted into the hall where, as the final legal requirement of the union, the husband paid his new wife the morning-gift before witnesses.

The viking wedding ceremony was now complete, and to show her new authority as mistress of the household, he delivered into her keeping the keys to the locks of his house.
