1. Some empty Pens
2. A bottle or glass
3. Hot Glue or Super Glue (preferably super glue)
4. A piece of paper
5. Beads
6. Regular glue or glue stick

Step by Step:

1. Find any kind of glass or bottle.
2. Wrap a paper around the glass and stick it with regular glue.
3. Find some empty pens.
4. Stick the pens (using the super glue) around the bottle.
5. Find some beads.
6. Stick the beads with super glue.
