The media frenzy following the decision by the U-S House of Representatives to impeach U-S President Bill Clinton is set to create an unexpected spin off.
In the run up to Halloween, fancy dress shops across the country are looking to cash in on the hype by selling Clinton and Monica masks and accessories.
In the fancy dress stakes, it seems the unlikely combination of the President and the intern are to be the favourites this year.
This could be the embarrassing new look for U-S President Bill Clinton - including the "Pinocchio" like nose.
Abracadabra is one of the most popular costume shops in New York, and would normally be selling out of macabre merchandise for Halloween.
But it seems this year's most popular ghoul is of the "love-rat" variety.
The extensive coverage of the President's sexual affair with Monica Lewinsky has created an irrepressible demand for their costume likeness.
The hottest props on sale include the infamous cigar, ruby-red lipstick and Monica wigs and berets.
Paul Blum, the owner of Abracadabra is making the most of the President's misfortune.
