I made Olivia Rodrigo's cheer outfit from her "good 4 u" music video for only $30! I don't have ANY experience with making clothes, but it just took a little bit of creativity and a trip to Walmart :) I also didn't mention this in the video, but I accidentally bought the wrong shade of blue which is why the top and skirt are two different shades. I also made sure to iron out the wrinkles and flatten the folds before and after. It took a few rounds of ironing the pleats on the skirt back to its original fold (the ribbon straightened them out). The costume isn't exactly like the one Olivia wore, but I made as accurate as possible Happy Halloween and stay safe!
