I started by buying fabric for the outfit. The amount of fabric you buy will be determined by the measurements of the person for which you are making it (height from chin to ankles, circumference around chest, shoulder width, and extra fabric for the hood). Technically this is Jolie’s first Halloween costume (we didn’t do one last year) and I couldn’t be happier with what we went with: Boo from Monsters Inc! We knew Jolie would hate the head piece but she was enough of a trooper to hang out for a few minutes in it. We changed into Halloween jammies for when the trick-or-treaters arrived.
